Auction of Prize-winning Architecture Design: The LightWall Pavillion
The ReSpace Design Competition is an international contest to design a transportable structure out of reusable materials. The 2012 prize-winning design was built during a 48-hour blitz by Habitat for Humanity volunteers. The LightWall structure is an open pavilion measuring 18.5' long, 11.5' wide and 11' tall that has a variety of uses and fits on a lowboy trailer for shipping anywhere in the country. All proceeds from the auction of the LightWall benefit Habitat of Humanity, Wake County, NC.
